Financial Relations and Documents
All payments and billing are processed by our authorized accounting partners. Accounting reporting is maintained in strict accordance with Bulgarian tax legislation, ensuring the legitimacy of every transaction.
Responsibilities of the Parties
The user is obligated to provide accurate information. VB_CREATIVE is not responsible for lost profits in case of force majeure or interruptions of third-party services (hosting, domains).
Intellectual Property
All codes, designs, and concepts developed for the client become their property after full payment of the agreed sums, unless otherwise specified in the individual contract.
